Terrible ServiceAnyone using Body Riches Massage Centre please be advised that I purchased one hour massage voucher for my husband as a Christmas Gift, which he has not used. Gay Riches, the Director – owner has refused to answer or return our phone calls. In summary, what had transpired is that I made a booking on behalf of my husband to attend on Monday mid-morning, when I made the booking I informed the staff member should he not be able to attend he will call and advise accordingly and they confirmed it would be no problem. Unfortunately, he did not get a reminder message and he phoned prior to his apt to rebook to be told that he cannot as it requires 24 hrs in notice. The staff member, which I believe was Gay advised that voucher is no longer valid. Since this time, we have tried several times to get in contact to resolve the matter with the Director, however to no avail leaving us no option to write this review and refer the matter to Consumer Protection. During our attempts to contact Gay, she hanged up the phone on us several times and refused to engage in a conversation. We were both shocked by her unprofessional responses as my husband is an owner of a business, and by no means you treat your clients in such a manner. Extremely disappointed and will never use this massage centre again.S&S

After reading everyone else’s reviews, I wondered if it was the same place.Treatment rooms were not what i expected. Therapist didnt even introduce herself.Was told “just” having a Facial so remove top part of my clothing and lay down and place a towel over myself..No where to hang my cloths or put my bag, just left on the floor with my top draped over it.Towel wasn’t even long enough to cover my feet.I got wrapped up in a blanket that didn’t even feel like it covered me. I am not a fuller figured person, I’m average height and weight....No explanation of treatment, i did say i was there to relax, however, i had product dropped into my ear during application, a quick 5 min scalp massage whilst the mask was on, if thats what you call it, running a probe tip comb through my hair then rubbing my scalp...???When the treatment had finished i was to meet the therapist in reception thinking i was going to sit with my beverage, but two women where there so i was ushered outside into the cold, sat in an area that was dirty, extension cords left laying around (work Safe issue ), therapist went back inside, i waited for about 15 minutes waiting for her to return......Nothing.Got up went back inside cause i was cold....no one in sight....both beauty rooms doors open, no therapists around, waited another 5 mins - no one came so i left...I didnt know if the $150 gift certificate covered my “treatment” or if I owed anything more - ( this was given to me as a gift for my birthday) feel like it was a total waste.....Getting to book the appointment was about the only positive thing i can say, speaking with Jackie she was very helpful....Very disappointed, i have only been to one other day spa and that was Keisha in The Vines and they actually treated me as if i was the most important client they had that day.Sorry ladies bitterly disappointed.

I had a wonderful massage for my birthday. It was so relaxing!! My masseuse spent a lot of time finding out what I needed work on and a lot of the tension in my shoulder and back was released after the session.I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place, I had my third massage there, the massage are so relaxing, and I recommend the spa, it’s beautiful out there !

got a $250 voucher as a gift and used it on a mini facial, mani pedi & brow wax/tint. the pedi was no where near the quality you'd get from a place in a shopping centre despite being twice the price... she didn't even scrub my skin. I decided not to bother with the mani. after the bright eyes treatment my brows and lashes looked exactly the same. I've got $45 left to spend but wouldn't use it on any of those treatments. just glad I didn't spend my own money.

I highly recommend Body Riches! I had a fantastic 1h remedial massage this morning with Sue. The massage itself was great, the atmosphere was excellent and the whole experience was well worth a little more than other places I have tried. Nice big rooms, old Fremantle style home, lots of natural light. Loved it.

I booked my husband in for a massage and a spa for a birthday surprise. Eva was the therapist who attended him and Karen was the lovely lady who organised everything. He got home a completely different person. The smile on his face was something!! He was totally relaxed! He absolutely loved the whole experience!! He actually went from not really being interested in massages to wanting another session like the one he experienced! I might have to book one for myself now because I am jealous!!!

Thank you Brookleigh Spa! I spent majority of the day being pampered and can’t recommend this place enough! A great experience and just what I needed! Thank you!

Body Riches is amazing! When I walked into the venue, I felt as if I’d morphed to the fields of Bali. I had a fantastic remedial massage with Amy, who focused on my hip flexor and shoulders. I was happy with the level of technical knowledge and results in such a relaxing and professional setting. If I lived locally, I’d be a regular. Thank you.

I came into Brookleigh this week and wow what an experience. The grounds and property are beautiful, and the decor, smells and vibe in the spa have all had an incredible attention to detail. I had a package that included a massage, scrub & facial and followed by a grazing box in the gardens. My service started about 20 minutes late, and I assume this was due to a staff member being unavailable as they swapped half way through my massage. The first half on my back was quite soft, more of a relaxing back rub than feeling like my muscles or fascia were getting any release. My second masseuse Elaine finished my massage and applied better pressure, so a shame I didn’t have her for the whole service as I like a strong massage. My facial was incredible, and I loved the incorporation of essential oils into both my massage and facial. The wine, tea & grazing box was tasty and very generous in serving (I couldn’t finish it) i wasn’t rushed out the door in any way shape or form. The manager checked in at the end of my service to make sure everything was okay. Overall an amazing experience.
